The Jolly Junk business is amazing. Such professionalism by Lindsey who will greet you and will accommodate your schedule with ease. The two man team of movers are just wonderful to work with, they did not need me to help, well mannered and polite. Handle the removal of the tv and recliner with care. I would recommend Jolly Junk and Company to everyone. Specialty is their ability to give same day service.! You won’t be disappointed.

The service I received on March 20, 2024 was my second experience with Jolly Junk. After my first experience, I didn’t think it could get any better but I was wrong. First of all, I called Jolly Junk in desperation on a Tuesday afternoon and they were here Wednesday morning. The two young men they dispatched were professional, considerate, clean, neat, kind, and INTELLIGENT. The whole transaction went so smoothly and it was so much more affordable than any similar service. What a relief, and THANK YOU!!!

Jolly Junk picked up a truck and a half for me. Furniture and junk. The office kept me posted on the truck’s arrival time – that helped a lot. The team had me do a walk-through before starting, and they asked questions when needed, making sure it was done the way I wanted. They were courteous and friendly, and super careful about walls and ceilings. When the first truck was full they talked to me about options, then came back in an hour for the second load. They made sure I was satisfied and that they’d covered my whole list. Price was well worth it for the service – very glad I hired them!

Wildly efficient and hard working! Considerate with not marking the floors up when carrying out a behemoth of a washer. Cost was about 40$ cheaper than quotes from other businesses. That’s really all you can ask for. Would 100% use again.

I highly recommend Jolly Junk. The following is my experience:I called and told them I needed my carpet, padding and tack strips removed. They asked for the square footage and gave me a quote over the phone. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes I received and they were able to schedule the job to occur a few days later. The crew arrived on-time, verified the quote price, and told me approximately how long it would take. I went and worked at a coffee shop and they called me when they were done. I came back, they walked me through what they had done and pointed out some places where they were particularly careful not to disturb some delicate woodwork. I paid them and they emailed me a receipt. They were polite, professional and did a great job.

Jolly Junk Removal was such a pleasure to work with! Their secretary was in constant communication with me on the teams arrival time and the two man work team were punctual and ready to work right away!The storage unit I used for my business had over 4 tons of products needing to be removed and without hesitancy, they took two completely full truck-loads away without any issues or complaints.This is a wonderful company with extremely low prices and no hidden fees. Five stars! Would highly recommend!

Scheduled a junk pickup within a few days notice and JJ was responsive in seconds! As soon as I booked an appointment, I received a calendar invite and a text to coordinate details. On pickup day, they ask you to confirm the appointment. Payment was handled through Venmo which was great! $120 quote was fair and similar to what I paid another pickup company in the past. Items were dining table, two chairs and bag of clothing.

My pickup was originally scheduled the week before, since they were shorthanded, I offered to change the date of pickup. Lindsey was very good about contacting me regarding this situation. The gentlemen who came to pick up my items were very professional. They communicated well with each other and me. They made the task seem effortless. My only problem; I originally scheduled online with the company offering $20 off their services and I was charged full price.

We upgraded our garage storage system and had about half a garage stall worth of old work benches, tables, packaging and other miscellaneous items to throw away. We’ve used other companies for past projects, but Jolly Junk was slightly less expensive so we decided to give them a try. We set up an appointment online on a Saturday around 10am for a 2pm same day pick up. Aiden gave us a quote up front for the cost to make sure we were comfortable with it and then he and Isaiah were both very fast and efficient at breaking everything down and loading it into the truck. They also swept up after they were done loading the truck, which was a nice bonus. I’m very glad we called Jolly Junk to help – it saved us a ton of time and labor and a little money too! Thank you again, Aiden and Isaiah!

They came almost an hour earlier than originally scheduled, but Lindsay notified me in advance of the revised ETA and they were right on time. Isaiah and his swamper (I did not get his name) were friendly, polite, and efficient. It went very well. Lindsay was very helpful. She answered my questions and eliminated my concerns.

I emailed and called 6 of the top 10 google results for ‘junk/drywall removal’. Lindsay at Jolly Junk was the most direct, forthright and personable of all the people i chatted with. Her team that came to my house to remove ~4,000lbs of junk were the type of people you feel safe leaving your house open for. They were kind, explained exactly how they worked and were done (rather quickly) in around 40 minutes. i will keep Jolly Junk in mind for my next project and if a friend/colleague ever needs anything removed from their home as well.

I was called and informed they could arrive sooner than the appointment time which they were on time for that earlier arrival. Both gentlemen were courteous and respectful. We had to adjust and not have them remove one appliance so they were flexible and gave us a good rate for the pickup.

Jolly Junk was great. Got my job done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. Office and on-site personel were professional and excellent communicators. I compared prices with other junk removal companies, doing it myself, and renting a dumpster. I felt like for the amount of material I had (8 yards) they were competitively priced. I would use Jolly Junk again on the future.

Very happy with the service. My husband was home when two young men arrived. He said they were very polite, efficient and respectful. When they spoke it was, Yes Sir and No Sir. You dont see that very often especially from young men. I was able to schedule for the next day. Communication with Lindsay was great as well. Will use them again.

Lindsay represents this company very well! Super responsive and prompt with completing the project. I obtained quotes from five other junk removal companies before getting the approval to use Jolly Junk. The competitors are no where near as informative or transparent as Lindsay was with the scope of service and pricing. Her team emptied out a 5,000 sq ft office space that was full of large desks, filling cabinets and 25 – 6” paneled cubes (weighing approx 50lb a piece). They are careful and quick – It was a job very well done 😉

This is my 1st time ever utilizing a junk removal company and I will never use another company other than, Jolly Junk! Michael and Jeremy were completely professional, polite, and quick spite the fact that, they had to deal with an unpleasant neighbor of mine (I apologize). They took on some extra items without hesitation. It’s important to find a reliable company and continue business with that particular company. Jolly Junk is awesome, they will be my go to any time I need junk hauled. They had a great price that they stuck to and they were able to come the very next day after calling (they would have come that same day but I didn’t have time). Very responsive too. I was in a bind because the other places I had contacted didn’t end up following through so it was Friday afternoon and I needed a sofa and recliner removed to make room for my new furniture arriving on Saturday. I pulled the website up and as I was preparing to schedule my appointment, there was Saturday morning from 10-12 available so I booked the appointment. I was followed up with twice before my guys arrived and once they arrived, they were kind, courteous, professional, and efficient in removing my sofa and recliner. What a GREAT experience!!! I will be reaching out next time I need something! Other places left me with a bad taste in my mouth but their loss was DEFINITELY my gain! Thank you!!!

We had an old hot tub to be junked. Charlie and Ben showed up on time, worked fast and were very friendly. They cleaned up everything when they were done and charged me the lower end of the price range we were quoted. Only removal service we will use going forward. Highly recommended!!!

I called Jolly Junk for the removal of old washer and dryer, as well as 2 lawnmowers in Castle Rock. Lindsey picked up right away and gave me a VERY reasonable quote over the phone. I accepted and she scheduled the pick up for the next day. The crew (I wish I would have taken down their names) showed up on time and Lindsay was in communication with me leading up to their arrival. I had to find a service to help me get rid of a bunch of stuff in my house as I moved into a smaller apartment and was on a time crunch. These guys were punctual and got the job done in the cold pouring rain (while having a good attitude). Awesome company! I needed a heavy couch removed as my husband was coming home from the hospital. Lindsey took the couch apart and the other gentleman picked up old outside furniture and lots of clutter that had built up over the years. Once spring gets here and the snow melts we will have them come back. Very friendly, helpful and highly recommended!!

I was referred to Jolly Junk from my mom who used them and they were amazing. I have since used them several times for removal from my house that I just sold and now again in my new home from unpacking. The employees are always super friendly and accommodating. The value is amazing and a lot less expensive than the major junk removal businesses. The office staff is very friendly and they can always work with your schedule. I highly recommend!! 5 stars!

Contacted Jolly Junk and had an email and phone response within 90 minutes. They answered all my questions and their pricing was good compared to others, so they gave me a few dates and I selected the appointment date and window (2 hours). They notified me when they were 45 minutes out and showed up right on time at the door. The team worked quickly to clear out the junk and then cleaned up after themselves! They were professional, friendly, easy to work with, and we’ll definitely call them again.

I can’t begin to say enough good things about this company! They were on time and very professional. I really appreciated them asking us a few times if they had gotten everything because of course I remembered more they needed to haul off. They were uniformed which made me feel safe and very professional. I’ve tried other junk removal companies and they weren’t as professional and cost more money. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Jolly junk was amazing. I used them twice in a span of 2 weeks. First with a smaller load and then with a huge full truck load. Their prices were fair and discounted compared to others I’d looked at.
